Purchases (Owned Systems)

Customers purchasing water filtration systems are entitled to cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees. If an order is canceled after 48 hours but before installation or delivery, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Once a system has been installed or delivered, all sales are considered final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for installed systems, as water filtration products cannot be reused or resold due to potential contamination. Manufacturer warranties may still apply where available.

Rentals (Rental Systems)

For rental systems, installations canceled within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations after 48 hours but before installation or delivery are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

After installation, rentals are non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, installed rental systems cannot be reused. Customers who wish to end their rental agreement after installation must follow the early termination process. Rentals may be canceled after any initial minimum term (if applicable) with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination before the end of a minimum term will result in an early termination fee equal to three months of rental payments.

All rental equipment must be returned in good working condition. Charges may apply for missing parts, damage, or excessive wear. Rental payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started; however, any prepaid amounts beyond the cancellation effective date will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Installation & Service Appointments

Customers may cancel or reschedule installation and service appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75 service fee.

Health & Safety Commitment

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any system that has been installed. Once connected to a water supply, filtration systems cannot be reused or resold due to the risk of contamination. This policy is in place to safeguard our customers and ensure the highest standards of product integrity.
